Terms of Service

Clear operating terms for using Opero with your team, clients, workspaces, projects, tasks, and internal support workflows.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Opero, a work management platform for projects, tasks, internal tickets, helpdesk workflows, team collaboration, comments, activity history, workspace administration, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in with email/password or Google, accepting an invitation, or using Opero, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization or workspace you represent.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, devices, and sessions secure.

Opero supports email/password accounts, OTP or email verification for new registrations, password reset flows, and Google authentication. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

Workspaces and team responsibility

Opero workspaces are shared environments where owners, admins, members, and invited users can manage projects, tasks, tickets, comments, files, and related activity. Workspace owners and admins control invitations, member access, roles, settings, and the information shared inside their workspace.

You are responsible for making sure your workspace use complies with your organization policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable law. Do not invite people or share content unless you have authority to do so.

Acceptable use

You may not use Opero to break the law, infringe others rights, upload malicious code, attack or overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, scrape the product, send spam, harass others, or store content you do not have permission to process.

Opero is not designed for highly regulated data such as payment card data, medical records, or other sensitive regulated records unless a separate written agreement specifically allows that use.

User content and workspace data

You keep ownership of the projects, tasks, tickets, comments, messages, attachments, names, labels, settings, and other content you or your team submit to Opero.

You grant Opero a limited permission to host, process, transmit, back up, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Workspace admins may be able to view, export, delete, or restrict access to workspace content according to product controls.

Intellectual property

Opero, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, and product documentation, is owned by Opero or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Opero or permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Opero without restriction or compensation, but we will not treat private workspace content as public feedback.

Integrations and third-party services

Opero may connect with third-party services such as Google authentication, email providers, hosting and storage providers, analytics tools if enabled, and future connectors such as Slack or other workflow integrations.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. When you enable an integration, you authorize Opero to exchange the information needed for that integration to work.

Paid services, billing, and plan terms

Opero may offer free plans, paid plans, add-ons, invoices, usage limits, workspace upgrades, or other commercial features. Any paid feature will be subject to the pricing, limits, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, and tax terms shown at purchase or in a separate agreement.

If billing is introduced or enabled for your workspace, you are responsible for accurate billing details and timely payment. We may suspend paid features for non-payment after reasonable notice where required.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Opero reliable, secure, and useful, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, security events, third-party outages, or product changes.

We may add, modify, or remove features as Opero evolves. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to active teams and will provide notice when a material change meaningfully affects your use.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Opero at any time. Workspace owners or admins may remove members or delete workspace content according to available controls.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal risk, or a violation of these Terms. Some information may remain in backups, audit records, logs, or retained records for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Opero is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Opero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services.

Our total liability for claims related to Opero will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Opero for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing terms and contact

These Terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to the business operating Opero, without limiting mandatory consumer or data protection rights that may apply in your location.

Questions about these Terms, account access, workspace ownership, or legal requests can be sent to support@opero.ge.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, legal requirements, or business model changes. If an update is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, by email, or by updating the public page. Continued use of Opero after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
